Cadillac have a new boss. Always has taken over as the team's Team Principal, and will run the team across all three tiers while still racing for them in Tier 1.
It's a big job. Cadillac sit 7th in the Overall Constructors' Championship, and the picture is very different from tier to tier:
- Tier 1: 6th. Bjreilly and Always will be looking to push into the top five.
- Tier 2: 2nd. The team's best tier by far, and right in the title fight, with Bean leading the charge.
- Tier 3: 9th. Rikta and Kaiden have plenty of room to climb.

Always has made the goal clear from day one: a fast team, but above all a clean one.
